Halloween Micro-Story Fundraiser at Hotel VT and ZOOM

As humans, we surround ourselves with stories. In our songs, around the campfire, talking to our friends, in the written word – we need our stories to survive. A world without stories really wouldn’t be worth living in.

So what happens when you add costumes, a contest, stories, a fundraiser, and Halloween together? You get the Halloween Micro-Story Fundraiser.

People have already sent in their stories, and the readers are hard at work. Once the hard work is done, it’s time for the smiles, laughter, and maybe a few shivers, as we dress up, and go to Hotel VT and celebrate the stories. Can’t make it to Hotel VT? That’s ok, you can watch on Zoom.

We will have a raffle for everyone to buy tickets for (both those at the hotel and online). We will have a few goodies out for your to buy if you can make it to the hotel. You should see the lovely bookends that were made especially for BWW.

These free tickets will not be checked at the door. If at the last minute you decide to come or better bring a friend, come anyway. We are using tickets so we know how many chairs to set out and who to let on to watch Zoom. Free in person tickets here and free Zoom tickets here.
