A question for you…We have been asked for more prompt writing workshops. So following through with that request, we are going to be offering an Embodied Writing Workshop. This workshop run by Christine Badalamenti Smith will consist of 30 minutes of movement experience to help develop profound presence and awareness, and connect to self. Following the movement, participants will write on a prompt provided by Christine for 30 minutes. The remaining time will be used for those who would like to share what they have written.The question for you is…when is the best time? Morning, afternoon, or evenings?
