BWW, COVID-19 and Virtual Meetings
BWW policy on workshops, meetings and COVID-19:
We are advising Burlington Writers Workshop (BWW) leaders to conduct workshops online whenever possible, and we’re all working with the different options available (Zoom, Google Hangouts) to do that. Please check the Meetup listings of your preferred workshops to see the latest updates regarding access, plans and procedures.
The BWW Leadership Team urges everyone to heed the latest guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and the Vermont Department of Health.
And, remember: we are writers…
That means we can make a difference. We can write about what’s happening in our world right now, the fear, the despair, the hope, the life we live, and the goodness that is present in spite of COVID-19.
When we write, we make meaning out of chaos…
